Returns Policy of the Silvaloom.com.pl Store

This Returns Policy sets out the rules and procedures related to the possibility of withdrawing from the contract and returning goods purchased in the Silvaloom online store.

1. Right to withdraw from the contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

2. Withdrawal procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please:

• Submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, which can be sent to the e-mail address: contact@turowskikrzysztof.com or by post to the company's registered office address: Nowa Piasecznica 8/8, 96-516 Szymanów.
• A sample withdrawal form is available on our website.
• The declaration may also be submitted in any written form, provided that it contains an unambiguous declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

3. Deadline for withdrawal from the contract

The deadline for withdrawal from the contract begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, takes possession of the item.

4. Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

• In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded.
• The consumer is obliged to return the goods immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date on which he informed us of the withdrawal from the contract, to the following address: Nowa Piasecznica 8/8, 96-516 Szymanów.
• The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.
• The refund for the goods and the costs of delivering the goods to the consumer will be made immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date we receive the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method that the consumer used in the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to another method that does not incur any costs for him.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• where the subject of the provision is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or intended to meet his individual needs;
• where the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package which, once opened, is not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;
• where the subject of the provision are audio or visual recordings or computer programs supplied in a sealed package, if the package has been opened after delivery.

6. Liability for diminished value of goods

The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

7. Return costs

The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, such as postage for returning the goods.
