REGULATIONS OF THE SILVALOOM.COM.PL ONLINE STORE
These regulations define the rules of using the Silvaloom online store, available at www .silvaloom .pl , run by Krzysztof Turowski, conducting business activity under the name Krzysztof Turowski with its registered office in Nowa Piasecznica 8/8, 96-516 Szymanów, NIP: 4970010366, REGON: 367088625.
1. Definitions
Shop – Silvaloom online shop available at www .silvaloom .pl .
Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality who has concluded or intends to conclude a sales agreement with Silvaloom.
Product – a movable item offered for sale by the Store.
Sales Agreement – sales agreement concluded between the Customer and Silvaloom via the Store.
2. General provisions
2.1. The Store sells products via the Internet.
2.2. The Regulations are available on the Store's website and should be accepted by the Customer before placing an order.
3. Offer and prices
3.1. Information about products and their prices posted on the Store's website constitutes an invitation to submit offers and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
3.2. Product prices are given in Polish zloty and include VAT.
4. Placing orders
4.1. The Customer places an order using the form available on the Store's website.
4.2. The order constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract and is binding on the Customer after its submission.
5. Order fulfillment
5.1. After placing the order, the Customer receives confirmation of acceptance of the order for execution to the e-mail address provided.
5.2. The sales agreement is concluded when the Store sends confirmation of acceptance of the order for execution.
6. Payments
6.1. The Customer may choose one of the available payment methods indicated on the Store's website.
6.2. Payment for the order must be made before the goods are shipped, unless the parties agree otherwise.
7. Delivery
7.1. Shipping costs are indicated before placing the order and depend on the chosen shipping method.
7.2. The order processing time is up to 7 business days from the date of conclusion of the sales contract, unless the parties agree otherwise.
8. Right of withdrawal
8.1. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
8.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform the Store of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement sent to the e-mail address: contact @turowskikrzysztof.com or by post to the company's registered office address.
8.3. The Customer is obliged to return the goods to the following address: Nowa Piasecznica 8/8, 96-516 Szymanów, immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date on which he informed the Store about the withdrawal from the contract.
8.4. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
8.5. The Store will return to the Customer all payments received from him, including the costs of delivering the goods to the Customer, immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
9. Complaints
9.1. The customer has the right to submit complaints regarding purchased products.
9.2. Complaints should be submitted to the e-mail address: contact @turowskikrzysztof.com or by post to the company's registered office address.
9.3. The Store will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
10. Protection of personal data
10.1. The administrator of the personal data of the Customers is Krzysztof Turowski, conducting business activity under the name Krzysztof Turowski.
10.2. Personal data are processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, sending newsletters and for marketing purposes, based on the Customer's consent or for the purpose of executing the contract.
10.3. The Customer has the right to access their data, correct them and request their deletion.
11. Final provisions
11.1. The store reserves the right to change the regulations.
